When it becomes binding

Nothing binds either side until the parties agree terms in writing. Only then does a transaction proceed — and where funds move, they move through an approved escrow, checkout, or registrar-transfer workflow, where available. xndomains organizes the inquiry and the presentation; it is not a bank, broker-dealer, or escrow agent, and it does not hold buyer funds.
