Inquiry policy

Inquiries are non-binding until everyone agrees.

Plain-language draft, pending final legal counsel.

An inquiry on xndomains — whether a buyer asking about an asset or a seller applying to list — is a conversation, not a contract. Submitting one creates no obligation on either party.

What an inquiry is

When it becomes binding

Nothing binds either side until the parties agree terms in writing. Only then does a transaction proceed — and where funds move, they move through an approved escrow, checkout, or registrar-transfer workflow, where available. xndomains organizes the inquiry and the presentation; it is not a bank, broker-dealer, or escrow agent, and it does not hold buyer funds.

Privacy

We use what you submit only to respond to and route your inquiry. We don't sell, rent, or trade it, and we don't put personal data in URLs. You can ask us to remove your data at any time.
