Commission policy
When the 15% applies — and when it doesn't.
Plain-language draft, pending final legal counsel. The written agreement governs in case of any conflict.
The fee
xndomains charges a 15% success fee — a sourced-transaction / representation fee, not an exchange fee — calculated on the gross transaction value of a completed transaction for a listed asset, payable under agreed written terms.
It applies only when xndomains creates or materially helps the deal
The fee is earned when xndomains sources or materially facilitates a completed transaction — for example, by introducing the buyer or partner, routing and managing the inquiry, presenting the pricing basis, or otherwise materially advancing the deal that closes.
It does not apply to
- Listing, presentation, or pricing-basis preparation alone — those are free.
- Transactions xndomains did not source or materially facilitate.
- An inquiry that does not result in a completed transaction.
- Renewals, internal transfers, or moves between your own accounts.
Mechanics
- Success-only. No listing fee; no fee unless a qualifying transaction closes.
- Written terms first. The specific fee, scope, and any tier adjustment are confirmed in writing before a transaction is facilitated.
- Transparent. The basis for any fee — what xndomains did to source or facilitate — is documented.
- Settlement. Funds move through an approved escrow / checkout / transfer workflow where available; xndomains is not a bank or escrow agent.
